Maulana Ya Maulana
Maulana Ya Maulana – It is prayer that contains elements of prayer in it, which is very good to be chanted in praise or to pray.
Here is the text and meaning as well as in Latin and Arabic of the prayers of Maulana Ya Maulana
Allah SWT says :
“Indeed, Allah and His angels pray for the Prophet. Hi believers, Pray for the Prophet and salute him. (QS. Al Ahzab : 56)

| مولانا يا مولانا ياسامع دعانا |
| Maulânâ Ya Maulânâ Yâ sâmi’ du’ânâ |
| O our Lord, O our Lord, O Hearer of our prayers.. |
| برحمتك ياربی لاتقطع رجانا |
| Birohmatika ya robbî la taqtho’ red |
| With the grace of Mu Ya Robbi, do not break our hopes. |
| مولانا يا مولانا ياسامع دعانا |
| Maulânâ Ya Maulânâ Yâ sâmi’ du’ânâ |
| O our Lord, O our Lord, O Hearer of our prayers, |
| برحمة محمد بلغنا منانا |
| Birohmati Muhammadin ballighnâ munânâ |
| By the grace of the Prophet Muhammad, convey us to our ideals. |
| إنا إن أخطأنا أو حطب دهانا |
| Innâ in akhtho,nâ to khothbun dahânâ |
| Indeed when we are wrong, or there is disaster.. |
| لايکشف ضرنا غيرك يامولانا |
| Lâ yaksyifu dlurronâ ghoiruka Yâ Maulânâ |
| Then no one can let it go other than You, Maulana.. |
| إن أمر أحيانا أو دهر هنانا |
| In amrun ahyânâ they have dahrun hanânâ |
| When we are in trouble, or trouble befall us, |
| لانرجو منجانا إلا من مولانا |
| Lâ narjû manjânâ illâ min maulânâ |
| So we don't hope for safety apart from Mu Ya Maulana.. |
| فی رجواك مولانا أسهرنا الأخفانا |
| Fî rojwâka maulânâ as-harnâl akhfânâ |
| In hoping to You O Maulana, our eyes are always awake |
| فامنن يامولانا بفضلك لاتنسانا |
| Famnun Ya Maulânâ bifadl-lik la tansânâ |
| So give me your grace, and don't forget us Ya Maulana.. |
| إلهی واحم حمانا ودمر من عادنا |
| Divine wahmi himânâ wa dammir man ‘âdanâ |
| Ya Ilahi! Protect our area, destroy those who are hostile to us. |
| جد فضلا وإحسانا لأقصانا وأدنانا |
| Jud fadl-lân wa ihsânâ li aqshônâ wa adnânâ |
| Fix us with Your grace and kindness, those far between us and those near. |
| رب اسمع شکوانا وأجب رب دعانا |
| Robbi-sma’ syakwânâ wa ajib robbi du’ânâ |
| Ya Robbi! Listen to our complaints, and accept our prayers. |
| جمل واجل مرعانا لاتخيب مسعانا |
| Jammil wajli mar’ânâ lâ tukhoyyib mas’ânâ |
| Adorn and grow our harvest, and don't waste our efforts |
| مولانا يامولانا ياسامع دعانا |
| Maulânâ Ya Maulânâ Yâ sâmi’ du’ânâ |
| O our Lord, O our Lord, O Hearer of our prayers, |
| بحرمة سيدنا تقبل دعانا |
| Bihurmati sayyidinâ taqobbal du’ânâ |
| With the glory of the Prophet Muhammad, accept our prayers. |
