Mad Tamkin is considered very rare and unlike other laws for pronunciation and recitation that rarely occurs in the A-Quran.. Okay, to save time, let's talk more about the law of reading about Mad Tamkin.

If there are two letters Yes in one sentence , where the first has the harokat Tasdid and Kasroh, while the second has the harokat of Sukun or death. From that meaning, The law of reading is called madtamkin because harokat tasdid places the reading mad.

Understanding Mad Tamkin

Mad Tamkin is one of the thirteen (13) Mad Far'i Mad law that occurs when the letter Hijaiyah Wau meets the letter Wau Berkarakat. The main key to MadTamkin is the same as other Mad Far’i laws contained in Mad Thobii Law.

In terms of language, MadTamkin means to read or mad in the letter Hijiayah Wau and the letter Hijaiyah yes and both letters hijaiyah exactly the same in this case, the form is not in separated sentences or words.

However, there is another statement that defines Mad Tamkin's law and is described in the following section :

Setting is done here if:

• If there are hijriyah letters that Kasrah community meets in hijaiyah letters Ya Sukun, and the next hijaiyah letter is the hijaiyah letter Yes bermarakat.
• And if there is a hijaiyah letter that is related to Dharmah meet the hijaiyah letter wau sukun and then meet the hijaiyah letter Wau berkarakat.
• According to this definition of precision, reading method according to Mad-Thobi law reading method, and the length of the reading is one or two harokat.
• And at the meeting of the second and third Hijaiyah with the same nature and the same Makhraj, can be read well one harokat. And this is not read as the law of Idgham or the melting of two Hijaiyah letters but is read, just like the hijaiyah letter which is Tasydid.

There is something that needs to be emphasized, that is, if there is a meeting between two Hijaiyah letters with the same Makhraj and its nature in different words or sentences, one breadfruit and the other a social letter, then Idgham's Mutghatsilain Law applies here and Idgham Mitslain's Law.

Like the Idgham laws, who have their main characteristics, that is the sign of Tasydid law, which is a Tasydid which is given a word or sentence by the law of fusion or meeting.

The law of meeting two letters Hijaiyah Idgham, which was later symbolized by the sign of Tasydid, however, does not apply in Mad Tamkin law.
