Mad Layyin

Mad Layyin or mad lin is one of these 15 part of Mad law. Basic words in order to remember and understand Mad Lin's Law are the letters Ya and Wau and this is almost or even the same as the letters from Mad Thobii's Law. The only difference is that there is a line or vowel mark, and this Mad Layyin Law does not apply to the hijaiyah letters of Alif.

Understanding Mad Layyin

Lin means soft or soft. Mad Lin is very useful when the reading stops or waqof at the stop sign or wakof at the end of the verse, although when you want to stop or waqof in the middle of a verse because you are forced to, the law is still allowed.

It's the same with Mad Arid Lissukun's Law, who decided to stop reading the Qur’an in the middle of the verse when he met the letter Mad Lin, it's not a bad quitting when things spoil meaning.

Mad Lin's law occurs when there is Fathah's letter (on) met the hijiayah letters Wau Sukun or die and Ya Sukun or die, and it is in a word or sentence with one letter after it. The meaning is when there is more than one letter after it, then there is no law of reading Mad Lin.

How to read

How to read a sentence must be limp or flexible, this is because the meaning of the word Layyin itself is weak or flexible. for example, on the sentence بِالْغَيْبِ must be read BIL GHOIIBI can not be read BIL GHOOBI. Or on a sentence حَوْلَهُ should be read HAUULAHU should not be read HAALAHUUKUN should be read softly should not be stiff as mad layyin reading in general.

The length of the reading can be two harokat or one alif, four harokat or two alif, and six harokat or three alifs can be chosen one of them, this still applies as in the explanation of the Mad law reading, that the length of the reading must be consistent or fixed, average, and orderly.
