Mad Farq is one of the mad laws that emerged from the meeting of mad badal and the letter bertasydid. Named MadFarq, because to distinguish that hamza is used to ask "What?” or it could be called mad Istifham or a question.
Pengertian Mad Farq
MadFarq is part of the law of reading Mad Far'i, and it can be said that the law of reading MadFarq in the Koran is rather rare. The reason is that the law of reading madFarq is only found in four places in the Qur'an, namely two places in the letter Al-An'an, one place in Surah Yunus and one place in Surat An-Naml.
However, to explain the examples above, it is better to first study the understanding of the law that is read madFarq. For this reason, please pay attention to the following points:
Mad literally means long, while Farq means to separate.
While according to the term madfarq is If there is a mad badal meet Tasydid in another sentence.
It is said madFarq that it means to split because of the separation between Istifham and Mubtada ‘, if there is no mad there, it will be understood that the position is mad (Hamzah) that is Mubtada’ is not Istifham. The function of mad here is to show that hamzah is hamzam istifham.
