گم ذا أنادی ياخير هادی ، يکفي بعادی يانور عينية

Kam dzaa unaadii yaa khoiro Haadii.. Yakfî bi’âdî yâ nûr ‘ainayyah

How many times have I called you, O good guide, I'm far enough away from you, O light of my two eyes.

صلاة ربي عليك حبي ، مادام قلبی بالذکر حيا

Sholâtu robbî ‘alaika hibbî.. Mâ dâma qolbî bidz-dzikri hayyâ

May the prayers of Allah be poured out for you, my beloved, as long as my heart still remembers you..

إني محب بذکر أحمد ، بشر محبا ولو برؤية

Innî muhibbun bidzikri Ahmad, basysyir muhibbân though blue
