Lafadz Niat Sholat Subuh

اُصَلّى فَرْضَ الصُّبْحِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ اَدَاءً مَأْمُوْمًا ِللهِ تَعَالَى

USHOLLII FARDHOSH SHUBHI ROK'ATAINI MUSTAQBILAL QIBLATI ADAA-AN MA'MUMAN LILLAHI TA'ALA.

That means :
I intend to perform the obligatory Shubuh prayer of two rak'ahs facing the Qibla as ma'mum because of Allah Ta'ala

Lafadz Niat Solat Dzuhur

اُصَلّى فَرْضَ الظُّهْرِاَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ اَدَاءً مَأْمُوْمًا ِللهِ تَعَالَى

USHOLLII FARDHODL DHUHRI ARBA’A RAKA’AATIM MUSTAQBILAL QIBLATI ADAA-AN MA’MUUMAN LILLAAHI TA’AALA.

That means :
I intend to perform the obligatory Dhuhr prayer of four rak'ahs facing the Qibla as ma'mum because of Allah Ta'ala

Lafadz Intention to Pray Asr

اُصَلّى فَرْضَ الْعَصْرِاَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ اَدَاءً مَأْمُوْمًا ِللهِ تَعَالَى

USHOLLII FARDHOL ‘ASHRI ARBA’A RAKA’AATIM MUSTAQBILAL QIBLATI ADAA-AN MA’MUUMAN LILLAHI TA’ALA.

That means :
I intend to perform the obligatory ‘Ashar prayer for four rak’ats facing the Qibla as ma’mum because of Allah Ta’ala

Lafadz Intention to Pray Maghrib

اُصَلّى فَرْضَ الْمَغْرِبِ ثَلاَثَ رَكَعَاتٍ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ اَدَاءً مَأْمُوْمًا ِللهِ تَعَالَى

USHOLLII FARDHOL MAGHRIBI TSALAATSA RAKA'ATAT MUSTAQBILAL QIBLATI ADAA-AN MA'MUUMAN LILLAHI TA'ALA.

That means :
I intend to perform the obligatory Maghrib prayer of three rak'ahs facing the Qibla as ma'mum because of Allah Ta'ala

Lafadz Niat Sholat Isya

اُصَلّى فَرْضَ الْعِشَاءِ اَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ اَدَاءً مَأْمُوْمًا ِللهِ تَعَالَى

USHOLLII FARDHOL ‘ISYAA’I ARBA’A RAKA’AATIM MUSTAQBILAL QIBLATI ADAA-AN MA’ MUUMAN LILLAAHI TA’AALA.

That means :
I intend to perform the obligatory prayer of ‘Isha for four rak’ats facing the Qibla as ma’mum because of Allah Ta’ala

Lafadz Niyat Prayers Fri,at

اُصَلِّيْ فَرْضَ الجُمْعَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ اْلقِبْلَةِ اَدَاءً مَاْمُوْمًا لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى

Ushollii fardlol jum'ati rak'ataini mustaqbilal qiblati aada-an ma-muuman lillaahi ta'aala.

That means :
I intend to perform Friday prayers 2 rakaat, while facing the Qibla, now, become a mammum, karena Allah ta’ala.
