His expression when covering his face at the end of the episode is more or less the same as the audience who can't stand the sweetness of this fantasy.

Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai 05

Maybe it's also because they brought up old stories in this episode so they can enjoy following them more. At least for the first time I can watch Maou Gakuin without having to stare and look back and forth at the character references if I still don't understand who suddenly appeared..

Even though the visuals are visible and stuck like that, the plot shown in this episode is really neat. It's not like episode one that spams introductions, a seiyuu without a soul, This time it looks dramatic. The way they finished yesterday's unfinished battle continuously going into flashbacks was simply gorgeous. And how do they melt the shishou's chara plus the rancid aristocrat with the strange hair make him handsome. Holy shit, people change so fast, and that’s why I love it.
