1. جَزَاكَ اللهُ (Fill inkallahu Khairan)
That means : May God Reward You With Kindness For Men
2. جَزَا ك الله (Fill inkillahu Khairan)
That means : May God Reward You With Kindness For Women
3. جَزَاكُمُ اللهُ (Fill ingodfatherullahu khairan)
That means : May God reward you with goodness for the people / Plural
2. Jawaban Jazakumullah Khairan / Jazakallah Khairan
How do we respond or answer when we receive a speech statement JJazakumullah Khairan / Jazakallah Khairan?
In the history of authentic hadith by Imam An Nasa'i and also Ibn Hibban, when Usaid bin Hudhair who represented the Anshar thanked the Prophet SAW withjazakallah khairan, Rasulullah also answered him with a speech:
وَأَنْتُمْ مَعْشَرَ الْأَنْصَارِ فَجَزَاكُمُ اللهُ خَيْرًا
That means : “And all of you, O people of Anshar, may God also reward you with goodness ".
So, reply fromjazakallah khairan which Rasulullah has exemplified is:
فَجَزَاكَ اللهُ خَيْرًا
(fa jazaakalloohu khoiro)
which means: “May God reward you too, with kindness”

1. Be a grateful person
From Tirmidhi and Abu Daud narrated an authentic hadith, The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said:
لاَ يَشْكُرُ اللَّهَ مَنْ لاَ يَشْكُرُ النَّاسَ
which means : “It is not said that one is grateful to God, anyone who doesn't know/can't thank his fellow human beings”.
2. Practicing the sunnah of the Prophet
The speech of Jazakumullah Khairan / Jazakallah Khairan is the sunnah of Rasulullah that has been exemplified, so who does it?, he has practiced the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah who will obtain pious deeds.
3. Ucapan Do’a
The Messenger of Allah taught us that when we receive goods or gifts from others, we should reply, good, and the gift. But if you can't, at least with gratitude, and pray for it.
So, enough to say Jazakumullah Khairan / Jazakallah Khairan then we have prayed for the other person.
4. Get a prayer of goodness
By saying Jazakumullah Khairan / Jazakallah Khairan to someone who has given us a gift or good deed, So if someone understands the reply,, then we will also get the same prayer, namely the prayer of goodness.
